What do I do with my empty bottle? Can I refill this product?

Yes, Midnight Melt is refillable, and the outer bottle can be reused.

Keep your outer Midnight Melt bottle and reload it with one of our refill bottles (see the video above for step-by-step instructions). When your inner refill is empty, pop it into the recycling bin. It’s already made from recycled plastic, and recycling it again continues the cycle.

How long will my Midnight Melt container last?

One outer bottle should last through four refills.

We estimate your Midnight Melt outer bottle will get you through four inner refills (your original + three refills). Longevity will depend on how you handle it and environmental factors - so treat it gently to help it last the distance.

Can I use my face oil or balm with Midnight Melt?

Yes, either on alternate nights, or layered after a short wait.

You can alternate nights between Midnight Melt and your favourite face oil or balm. If you’d like to use them together, apply Midnight Melt first, wait 5–10 minutes for it to absorb, then press your oil or balm on top for added nourishment.

What’s the difference between Midnight Melt and Facial In A Jar?

Midnight Melt is a leave-on overnight treatment, while Facial In A Jar is a rinse-off mask.

Both products exfoliate and deliver nutrients, but they work in different ways:

Midnight Melt = a 2-in-1 serum + mask designed to be left on overnight. It gently exfoliates while replenishing hydration and supporting barrier repair. Think of it as an easy, effective treatment that works while you rest.

Facial In A Jar = a 5-minute treatment mask applied to dry skin and rinsed off. Each variant targets specific concerns: Plumping Pumpkin (ageing, uneven tone, congestion) and Brightening Berry (dehydration, irritation, inflammation)

Why can I sleep in Midnight Melt but not Facial In A Jar?

Because Midnight Melt is formulated for slow release, while Facial In A Jar is high-strength.

Facial In A Jar masks contain higher levels of AHAs and a lower pH, designed to act quickly in under five minutes. Midnight Melt also uses AHAs and enzymes, but at a gentler level with a higher pH. This allows it to work gradually overnight, making it safe to leave on your skin while you sleep.
